This treatment method originated in Kerala. It combines the effects of both snehana and swethana. This is one of the Keraleeya panchakarma treatment method. This treatment is performed by pouring medicated oil on to the body in continuous streams and being gently massaged by therapists for 45 to 90 minutes. This is extremely soothing and relaxing. Free radicals of the body are scavenged by this treatment and the whole body is rejuvenated, strengthened and toned up. It is usually conducted after Abhyanga.
